  • Unfortunately at the time The Queen's Stash is not doing refunds , all sales are final!! 
  • The queen's stash does not allow returns like referenced ALL SALES ARE FINAL!   ** however if product is damaged or incorrect we can make an exception if contacted before 30days of purchasing. 

IF YOU BUY A VAPE PEN THAT CAME WITH INTERNAL DAMAGE WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE,MUST SEND PROOF TO OUR EMAIL! WE WILL NOT REPLACE PEN IF YOU CAUSED INTENTIONAL DAMAGE TOWARDS BATTERY! THOSE ARE THE ONLY WE WILL REPLACE BATTERY NO EXCEPTIONS!
